Zesty Vegetable Soup

- Super easy to make.
- 1 bag (16 ounces) frozen vegetable blend
- 2 cup water
- 2 cup tomato/vegetable juice
- 1/2 Bay Leaves
- 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- Combine all ingredients in large saucepan; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Remove bay leaf before serving.
