Sesame Orange Vinaigrette Recipe

- Yield: 2-1/4 cups
- Great on lettuce wraps or served with Chinese chicken salads.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sliced green onions
- 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- 2 toasted sesame seed, whole white
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup frozen concentrate orange juice
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 cup corn oil
Directions
- Whisk together all ingredients EXCEPT corn oil.
- Add oil in a thin stream and gradually whisk to blend.
- Chill a minimum of 30 minutes to blend flavors.
- Serve with Asian salads, lettuce wraps or spring rolls.
