Dipping Sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
  3. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick wedges. Combine with oil and 2 tablespoons seasoning in a large bowl.

  4. Toss to coat.
  5. Pour potatoes onto baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender and beginning to brown.
  7. While potatoes are baking, prepare Dipping Sauce.
  8. Combine sour cream, brown sugar and 2 teaspoons seasoning.
  9. Mix well.
  10. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  11. Dip can be made ahead.
  12. Serve sweet potatoes with dip.
