Stuffed Jalapeños Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 12 jalapenos
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 ½ Tbsp. Tone’s®️ Cilantro Lime Seasoning
- 8-12 pieces pepper jack string cheese
Directions
- Cook bacon, drain on a paper towel, then dice.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, seasoning, and cooked bacon.
- Preheat oven to 375°F, line a baking sheet with foil and spray with no stick cooking spray.
- Wearing gloves, cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise (you can leave the stems intact if desired).
- Using a small spoon, scrape out the seeds and membranes of the peppers.
- Place the peppers, cut side up, on the baking sheet.
- Fill each pepper with cream cheese filling then top each one with a third of a piece of string cheese.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the cheese is browned and bubbly.
- Serve immediately.
