  1. Cook bacon, drain on a paper towel, then dice.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, seasoning, and cooked bacon.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F, line a baking sheet with foil and spray with no stick cooking spray.
  4. Wearing gloves, cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise (you can leave the stems intact if desired).
  5. Using a small spoon, scrape out the seeds and membranes of the peppers.
  6. Place the peppers, cut side up, on the baking sheet.
  7. Fill each pepper with cream cheese filling then top each one with a third of a piece of string cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the cheese is browned and bubbly.
  9. Serve immediately.
