Mulled Cranberry Spiced Wine

Mulled Cranberry Spiced Wine

  • A warm cranberry soother.


  • 1 pint cranberry juice cocktail
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cinnamon, sticks
  • 6 Whole Cloves
  • 1 whole lemon, thinly sliced
  • 4/5 quart burgundy wine


  1. Combine cranberry juice, water, sugar, cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, lemon slices, and wine in a large saucepan.
  2. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat.
  3. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
  4. Remove cinnamon sticks and cloves with slotted spoon and serve hot, in mugs.


Use a slow cooker instead of a large saucepan, and cook on low for 2 hours.
