Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, cut lengthwise into 8 wedges
  • 3 tbsp corn oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Oregano Leaf
  • 1 tsp rosemary, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 to 1/4 tbsp pepper, black medium grind

Directions

  1. Combine oil, vinegar and seasonings in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  2. Add potatoes; toss to coat.
  3. Bake at 400F for 50 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender and lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
