Yield: 4 Servings
- Creamy Alfredo like sauce with a kick of garlic.
- Cook pasta to al dente. Drain.
- Melt butter in large skillet.
- Sautee; zucchini and peppers for 2 to 3 minutes. Add cream.
- Bring to a low boil and cook until sauce has been reduced in half.
- Pour over pasta, add seasoning and toss gently.
- Garnish with black pepper.
- Serve immediately.
