Curried Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 cup cooked, chopped chicken
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped Granny Smith apple (about 1 medium)
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Curry Powder
Directions
- Mix chicken, celery, raisins, apples and cashews in large bowl.
- Combine mayonnaise and curry powder in a small bowl; mix thoroughly.
- Stir mayonnaise into chicken mixture.
- Chill a minimum of 30 minutes to blend flavors.
Tips
Purchased rotisserie chicken, chopped makes this quick and easy!
