Cuban Spice Recipe

- Perfect blend of seasoning for rubbing on pork.
Ingredients
- 1 Bay Leaves
- 1 tsp Minced Onion
- 1/2 tsp Oregano Leaf
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper, red crushed
- 1/8 tsp cloves, ground
Directions
- Crumble bay leaf.
- Combine all ingredients in a coffee grinder or small food grinder.
- Grind to a fine consistency.
- Use as a rub for chicken, pork or beef or to create Cuban sandwiches.
