Cinnamon Pork Rub

- Yield: 1/4 cup
- This sweet and savory rub goes well with pork loin, pork chops and ribs!
- 1/2 tsp Rosemary Leaf
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Ground Mustard
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper, black medium grind
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- Lightly crush rosemary in hand.
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Coat both sides of meat thoroughly and cook to your liking.
