Mix the cooked rice with Tone’s® Asian Fried Rice Seasoning and sesame oil. Set aside.
Toss tofu cubes with soy sauce and then the cornstarch until evenly coated. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium-high heat and cook tofu for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Divide the seasoned rice into bowls. Top with crispy tofu, carrots, cucumber, edamame, and avocado.
Drizzle with the hoisin sauce, then garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
