Upgrade tonight's dinner with the bold, Mexican-inspired flavors of tomato, onion, garlic, cumin, and paprika in every mouthwatering bite.
In a medium-sized pot, combine the rice, water, and Tone’s® Mexican Rice Seasoning. Stir well to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
Once boiling, reduce the heat to a simmer. Cover the pot and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and all the water has been absorbed.
Remove from heat and let the rice sit, covered, for 5 minutes.
Fluff the rice with a fork and serve warm.
Rinse the rice for fluffier grains and add diced tomatoes for extra flavor and color.
