- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Spray a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Rub 2 tablespoons of seasoning over salmon; place fillets in prepared pan.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until fish flakes easily.
- While salmon is baking, combine all salsa ingredients and serve with salmon.
Mango Salsa can be made ahead and refrigerated until ready to serve.
