Sweet and Spicy Salmon with Mango Salsa Recipe

- Sweet and spicy moist salmon with a fresh and cool mango salsa.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp Sweet & Spicy Seasoning Blend
Mango Salsa
- 1 mango, peeled and chopped 1/2-inch
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp Sweet & Spicy Seasoning Blend
- Juice from 1 lime
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Spray a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Rub 2 tablespoons of seasoning over salmon; place fillets in prepared pan.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until fish flakes easily.
- While salmon is baking, combine all salsa ingredients and serve with salmon.
Tips
Mango Salsa can be made ahead and refrigerated until ready to serve.
