Sumptuous Cinnamon Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 10 cup light cream
- 2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Directions
- Combine cream, sugar, cinnamon, salt and vanilla extract in ice cream freezer container.
- Cover and churn-freeze according to ice cream maker directions.
- Use 1 cup rock salt to every 8 cups crushed ice.
- When mixture is firm, remove beater; replace lid (close hole in cover).
- Repack with more ice and salt to cover container.
- Let ripen 30 to 60 minutes.
