Ingredients

Sauce – copycat Big Mac sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 tsp. yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp. sweet pickle relish
  • ¼ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tsp. white pepper

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef and taco seasoning. Divide beef into 4 – 4 oz. balls.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Place one ball of seasoned ground beef in the center of the skillet and place a tortilla on top.
  4. Using a burger press, or a heavy pot or skillet, press the tortilla onto the beef, spreading the beef out as close to the edge of the tortilla as you can.
  5. Cook for 3 minutes then flip.
  6. Top with a slice of cheese and cook for 1 minute or until the cheese is melted.
  7. Fold over into a taco shape and drizzle with sauce and any other toppings you would like.
  8. Repeat the process with the remaining 3 beef patties.

 

Serving suggestions:

Shredded lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, red onion

 

Tips

  • If you use a 6-inch tortilla, the burger will cover most of the tortilla.
  • If you use an 8-inch tortilla, you will have more room for toppings!
