Garlic Pepper Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin
- 2 Tbsp. Tone’s®️ Garlic Pepper Seasoning Blend
- 1 ½ Tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Rub the tenderloin with the seasoning blend, covering all sides.
- In an oven safe skillet, heat the oil over med-high heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the pork and sear on all sides (about 5 minutes total).
- Transfer the pan to the oven and bake 20 minutes or until the internal temperature of the thickest part of the tenderloin reaches 145°F.
- Remove from the oven and place on a cutting board. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
