Lemon Pepper Tartar Sauce

Directions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle relish and 2 teaspoons lemon pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve; will keep 1 week.
  3. Combine flour, corn meal and 2 teaspoons lemon pepper in a shallow bowl or plate.
  4. Thoroughly dredge each piece of tilapia in the seasoned flour.
  5. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Add fish and cook 4 to 5 minutes until lightly browned.
  7. Carefully turn and cook additional 4 to 5 minutes until cook through.
  8. Serve immediately with Lemon Pepper Dipping Sauce.
