Garlic Marinated Vegetables Recipe

- Vary the vegetables in this easy-to-make salad.
- 1/3 cup olive oil, pure OR olive canola blend
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 4 cup assorted fresh vegetables, (zucchini, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.), chopped
- Whisk oil, vinegar and garlic in a medium bowl.
- Add vegetables; stir.
- Marinate in refrigerator a minimum of 30 minutes before serving.
