Festive Red and Green Beans
Yield: 6 Servings
- Colorful way to prepare green beans.
- 1 lb green beans, fresh, trimmed
- 1 each red bell pepper, cut in julienne strips
- 4 oz (1 cup) red onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tsp Canadian Steak Seasoning
- 1 tsp Sweet Leaf Basil
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/2 cup water
- Combine all ingredients and saut until beans are tender.
- Peppers and onion should be lightly browned.
