1 pie crust, unbaked
½ C. heavy cream
½ C. half and half
1 Tbsp. Tone’s® Italian Seasoning Blend
½ tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. coarse salt
1 C. shredded parmesan cheese
1 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 md. tomatoes, sliced ½” thick
Preheat oven to 350°
Line a 9-inch tart pan with the pie crust.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, half and half, seasoning, pepper and salt until well blended.
Stir in the cheeses.
Pour the mixture over the pie crust and top with tomato slices.
