Cheesy Tomato Tart Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pie crust, unbaked
2 eggs
½ C. heavy cream
½ C. half and half
1 Tbsp. Tone’s® Italian Seasoning Blend
½ tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. coarse salt
1 C. shredded parmesan cheese
1 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 md. tomatoes, sliced ½” thick
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Line a 9-inch tart pan with the pie crust.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, half and half, seasoning, pepper and salt until well blended.
- Stir in the cheeses.
- Pour the mixture over the pie crust and top with tomato slices.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
