  • Sweet pecans with a peppery bite - very addictive!

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325ºF.

  2. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
  3. Combine corn syrup, sugar, salt, black pepper, allspice and white pepper.
  4. Add pecans; stir gently to coat.
  5. Transfer to prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake pecans for 5 minutes; stir.
  7. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes more, stirring every 2 to 3 minutes.
  8. Transfer pecans to a sheet of wax paper.
  9. Separate nuts with a fork. Cool.

Tips

Store airtight at room temperature.

Delicious as an appetizer or in a salad.

Can be made up to 3 days ahead.
