2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Dijon style mustard
2 to 3 pounds pork tenderloin
1 tablespoon Six Pepper Seasoning Blend
Combine honey and mustard. Rub on surface of pork tenderloins. Sprinkle with six pepper blend.
Roast at 350°F for 45 minutes or until internal temperature is at least 155°F. Let pork rest for 10 minutes. Slice into medallions.
