White Macadamia Nut Bars

White Macadamia Nut Bars

  • 5 minutes is all you need to get these delicious bars into the oven!

Ingredients

  • 1 package (18.25 oz) white cake mix
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • As needed cooking spray

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Spray a 13 x 9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  3. Combine cake mix and cinnamon.
  4. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
  5. Add water, vanilla and egg.
  6. Mix until well blended.
  7. Add nuts and white chocolate chips.
  8. Press intoprepared pan.
  9. Bake for approximately 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Cool for at least 15 minutes.
  11. Cut into squares.
