Fiesta Corn Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 can (11 ounces) vacuum packed whole kernel corn, drained
- 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) pepper jack cheese, cubed
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Oregano Leaf
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seed
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in medium mixing bowl; stir to blend.
- Chill a minimum of 1 hour.
