4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons Sweet & Spicy Seasoning Blend
1 mango, peeled and chopped 1/2-inch
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Juice from 1 lime
1 teaspoon Sweet & Spicy Seasoning Blend
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
Rub 2 tablespoons of seasoning over salmon; place fillets in prepared pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until fish flakes easily.
While salmon is baking, combine all salsa ingredients and serve with salmon.
Recipe Note: Mango Salsa can be made ahead and refrigerated until ready to serve.
