1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 large onion, thinly sliced
2 small bell peppers, cut into thin strips
1 package (12 ounces) precooked Italian flavored chicken sausage, sliced about 1/4-inch thick
1 tablespoon Salt Free Roasted Garlic Seasoning Blend
1 can (14.5 ounces) basil, oregano and garlic flavored diced tomatoes, drained
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, if desired
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and pepper strips.
Cook 3 minutes; add sausage slices and seasoning; continue to cook an additional 3 minutes. Stir in diced tomatoes and heat through, about 4 minutes more. Serve warm.
