Lemon Pepper Tartar Sauce

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon sweet OR dill pickle relish

2 teaspoons Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend

Lemon Pepper Cornmeal Crusted Tilapia

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup corn meal

2 teaspoons Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend

4 tilapia fillets

1/4 to 1/2 cup corn oil

Directions

Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle relish and 2 teaspoons lemon pepper in a small bowl.  Refrigerate until ready to serve; will keep 1 week.

Combine flour, corn meal and 2 teaspoons lemon pepper in a shallow bowl or plate.  Thoroughly dredge each piece of tilapia in the seasoned flour.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.  Add fish and cook 4 to 5 minutes until lightly browned.  Carefully turn and cook additional 4 to 5 minutes until cook through.  Serve immediately with Lemon Pepper Dipping Sauce.
