Beef and Salsa Burritos Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seed
  • 1/4 tsp pepper, black fine grind
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
  • 1/4 cup prepared chunky salsa
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 (10-inch) flour tortillas, warmed

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium heat, about 10 minutes; drain.
  2. Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in spinach and salsa.
  4. Heat through.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in cheese.
  7. Spoon 1/2 cup of beef mixture in center of each tortilla.
  8. Fold bottom edge up over filling; fold sides to center, overlapping edges.
